Welcome to Kidsland Club, a space designed for fun, exploration, sensory stimulation, and recreation for children. Before enjoying our facilities and services, please carefully review our policies and terms of use.
1. SERVICES
Kidsland Club offers a variety of services, including:
- PLAY AREA AND SENSORY EXPLORATION
- SENSORY STIMULATION
- BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND SPECIAL EVENTS WITH SENSORY ACTIVITIES
- SENSORY GAMES AND SLEEPOVERS
- WORKSHOPS AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES SENSORY CAMPS
2. POLICIES FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES
SUPERVISION:
All children must be under the supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
AGE ALLOWED:
The facilities are designed for children from 0 months to 10 years.
PLAY AREAS:
The proper use of each area must be respected. Running is not allowed in areas not designated for it, as well as any disproportionate physical contact between participants.
FOOTWEAR AND CLOTHING:
The use of non-slip socks is recommended in the facilities and play areas.The use of shoes is not allowed inside the facilities and play areas.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES:
The consumption of food and beverages is not allowed inside the play areas to maintain hygiene.
3. SECURITY AND HYGIENE POLICIES
HEALTH CONDITIONS:
No entry will be allowed for children with symptoms of contagious diseases (fever, persistent cough, vomiting, diarrhea, among others).
HYGIENE:
It is recommended to wash hands before and after using the facilities.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items.
4. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
BIRTHDAY PARTIES AND PRIVATE EVENTS:
Reservations must be made at least 2 days in advance.
Please note that upon reserving the space, it is for your exclusive use; therefore, the deposit is non-refundable.
A full deposit of 100% is required to confirm the reservation.
Kidsland Club will not issue any refunds in case of cancellations.
Only a credit of the deposit that the participant has paid can be issued for use at their next party/date/event.
This deposit can also be used as credit for future visits in case of cancellations with at least 24 hours notice.
QUOTES FOR GAMES, WORKSHOPS, AND CAMPS:
It is recommended to book in advance, maximum (10 children).
5. CONDUCT AND GENERAL RULES
It is expected that all visitors maintain a respectful attitude towards the staff and other children.
No form of violence, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
Kidsland Club reserves the right to admit and request the removal of anyone who does not comply with the rules.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
The personal information provided in registrations, bookings, or forms will be used exclusively for the management of Kidsland Club services.
We do not share personal information with third parties without prior consent.
7. USE OF ANTI-SLIP SOCKS
MANDATORY USE OF SLIP RESISTANT SOCKS:
All children must wear slip resistant socks while in the play area to prevent falls and accidents.
The socks must completely cover the feet and have a non-slip sole.
PROHIBITED USE OF SHOES:
For safety reasons and to prevent damage to the facilities, the use of shoes or footwear with hard soles is prohibited inside the play area.
The use of slip resistant socks is mandatory.AVAILABILITY OF SOCKS:
To enter the facilities, the use of slip resistant socks, purchased at Kidsland Club, is mandatory.
If a child or parent does not have slip resistant socks, they will not be allowed to enter the facilities.
8. HYGIENE RULES:
HANDWASHING:
All children must wash their hands before and after using the facilities. The Kidsland Club will provide hand sanitizer dispensers in various locations throughout the play area.
CONSTANT CLEANING:
Kidsland Club conducts regular cleaning of equipment, surfaces, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment free of bacteria. Parents or guardians must help keep the area clean and use the available trash bins.
CHILD HEALTH: Parents/guardians must ensure that the child is in adequate health conditions to participate in activities. If the child shows symptoms of a contagious illness (such as fever, cough, severe colds, etc.), they will not be allowed to enter the play area until they have fully recovered.

2. POLÍTICAS PARA EL USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES
SUPERVISIÓN:
Todos los niños deben estar bajo la supervisión de un adulto responsable en todo momento.
EDAD PERMITIDA:
Las instalaciones están diseñadas para niños de 0 meses a 10 años.
ZONAS DE JUEGO:
Se debe respetar el uso adecuado de cada zona. No está permitido correr en zonas no destinadas a ello, así como cualquier contacto físico desproporcionado entre los participantes.
CALZADO Y ROPA:
Se recomienda el uso de calcetines antideslizantes en las instalaciones y áreas de juego.
No se permite el uso de zapatos dentro de las instalaciones y áreas de juego.
ALIMENTOS Y BEBIDAS:
No se permite el consumo de alimentos ni bebidas dentro de las áreas de juego para mantener la higiene.
3. POLÍTICAS DE SEGURIDAD E HIGIENE CONDICIONES DE SALUD:
No se permitirá la entrada a niños con síntomas de enfermedades contagiosas (fiebre, tos persistente, vómitos, diarrea, entre otros).
HIGIENE:
Se recomienda lavarse las manos antes y después de usar las instalaciones.
ARTÍCULOS PERSONALES:
No nos hacemos responsables de la pérdida o daño de artículos personales.
4. POLÍTICAS DE RESERVA Y CANCELACIÓN
FIESTAS DE CUMPLEAÑOS Y EVENTOS PRIVADOS:
La reserva debe hacerse con al menos 2 días de anticipación.
tome en cuenta que al momento de reservar el espacio, es de exclusivo uso de su persona, por lo tanto no se da la devolución del depósito.
Se requiere un depósito completo del 100% para confirmar la reserva.
Kidsland Club, en caso de cancelaciones, no emitirá ningún reembolso.
Solo se puede emitir un crédito del depósito que el participante haya pagado para usar en su próxima fiesta/fecha/evento.
También pueden utilizar dicho depósito como crédito para futuras visitas en caso de cancelaciones con al menos 24 horas de antelación.
CITAS DE JUEGOS, TALLERES Y CAMPAMENTOS:
Se recomienda reservar con antelación, máximo (10 niños)
5. CONDUCTA Y NORMAS GENERALES
Se espera que todos los visitantes mantengan una actitud respetuosa hacia el personal y los demás niños.
No se tolerará ningún tipo de violencia, acoso o comportamiento inapropiado.
Kidsland Club se reserva el derecho de admitir y solicitar la retirada de cualquier persona que no acate las normas.
Kidsland Club se reserva el derecho de admitir y solicitar la baja de cualquier persona que no cumpla con las normas establecidas.
6. POLÍTICA DE PRIVACIDAD
La información personal proporcionada en las inscripciones, reservas o formularios se utilizará exclusivamente para la gestión de los servicios de Kidsland Club.
No compartimos información personal con terceros sin el consentimiento previo.
7. USO DE MEDIAS ANTIDESLIZANTES
USO OBLIGATORIO DE CALCETINES ANTIDESLIZANTES:
Todos los niños deben usar medias antideslizantes mientras estén en el área de juegos para evitar caídas y accidentes. Los calcetines deben cubrir completamente los pies y tener suela antideslizante.
PROHIBIDO EL USO DE ZAPATOS: Por razones de seguridad y para evitar daños en las instalaciones, está prohibido el uso de zapatos o calzado con suela dura dentro del área de juegos.
El uso de calcetines antideslizantes es obligatorio.
DISPONIBILIDAD DE MEDIAS:
Para entrar en las instalaciones, es obligatorio el uso de medias antideslizantes, compradas en Kidsland Club.
Si un niño o el padre no dispone de calcetines antideslizantes, no podrá entrar en las instalaciones.
8. NORMAS DE HIGIENE:
LIMPIEZA DE MANOS:
Todos los niños deben lavarse las manos antes y después de usar las instalaciones.
El Kidsland Club proporcionará dispensadores de gel antibacteriano en varios puntos del área de juegos.
LIMPIEZA CONSTANTE:
Kidsland Club realiza una limpieza regular de equipos, superficies y áreas comunes para garantizar un ambiente higiénico y libre de bacterias.
Los padres o tutores deben ayudar a mantener el área limpia y utilizar los botes de basura disponibles.
SALUD INFANTIL:
Los padres/tutores deben asegurarse de que el niño esté en condiciones de salud adecuadas para participar en las actividades.
Si el niño presenta síntomas de una enfermedad contagiosa (como fiebre, tos, resfriados severos, etc.), no podrá ingresar al área de juegos hasta que se haya recuperado por completo.
